BOOKINGS AND REFUNDS
Bookings are not final unless payment has been received in full. Changes to bookings will be accepted, and refunds will be granted, up until 7 days prior to the Big Day Out for PDH/ PE (the Event).
CANCELLATION
Unfortunately in some instances, HSC Courses may need to change, or cancel part or all of the Event. For example, this may be due to speaker illness or unforseen speaker unavailability. HSC Courses will make every reasonable endeavour to ensure that the Event is delivered as advertised, and will attempt to communicate any changes to ticket holders in a timely manner. If all of the Event is cancelled, all ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund (less booking fee if ticket was purchased online).
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
HSC Courses requests that you do not bring valuables with you to the Event. HSC Courses takes no responsibility for the loss of any ticket holders personal items whilst in attendance of the Event or within the Wesley Conference Centre.
